As predicted, in season 63 Lokomotíva was attending a lot of events where palmares were involved, and even got two of them - Julo Lietava finally completed the set of jerseys from Switzerland's Monte Rosa Tour, and super legs helped Oskar Debnár to win Lokomotíva's second trophy in Norwegian Classic Oslo. So who was the best rider of Lokomotíva this season? Looking at the number of results, it is unquestionable: Julo Lietava scored 14 results, just one shy of the record of legendary Rado Holečko, so he got his first golden pedal in his career, and let us just make a little prediction that this was not the last time that these two were fighting for this award. So congrats to Julo!
Hall of fame:
S56 Rado Holečko
S57 Eduard Pavelka
S58 Eduard Pavelka
S59 Gusto Drozd
S60 Gusto Drozd
S61 Jarolím Samko
S62 Gusto Drozd
S63 Julo Lietava
After the retirement of Rado Holečko manager Pierre Mrazique used the money from his release to train a guy who might be very usable in Perm Tour - Vladimír Ďurovský. Let's see if this investment will pay off.
Other than that, next season we're expecting retirement of Roland Červenák, another great rider, and with Bohumil Malý currently at a peak of his career, Lokomotíva will really have to start looking for new pure hillers.
Overall, this was the best season for Lokomotíva in terms of number of results (22). We're not expecting something similar next season, but riders will definitely use their TFs to compete for some palmares.
